Please note we answer car rentals, shuttles and tours inquiries within 24 hours. For all other inquiries, it may take us longer.

Car rental questions

If you have a question about your reservation with Adobe Rent a Car, please include your reservation number. If you need help renting a car, please include your date of car rental period, type of car including automatic or manual, pick up and drop off locations and the times. If you are wondering about the discount, please note the discount is off the car rental rate, up to 20% off and is automatically included in the widget. No promo code needed.

Shuttles inquiries

Please include your dates of travel, number of adults, children, children’s ages and your locations for pick up and drop off.

Tours

We need to know which tour you want to do, the date, your pick up location and number of adults and children.
